Ingredients needed:
– Half a kilogram of carrots
– Half a kilogram of beets
– Handful of dried apricots
– Handful of raisins
– One teaspoon of honey
Shred the beets and carrots and put them in intact enameled pot. Pour in boiling water so that the water could be two fingers above the beets and carrots.
After that, add the chopped dried apricots and raisins. Place the pot on fire in order for the water to boil. Once the water starts boiling, immediately remove the pot from the fire.
When it cools a bit, add the honey and let the mixture stand still and covered for 12 hours in a cool, dry area. Strain the liquid afterwards. Drink the liquid, and use the rest of the mixture for culinary purposes.
This amount is for 2 days of usage.
