In the wake of the latest round of natural disasters that have taken place recently in Australia, New Zealand and around the world, it has become apparent to me that there is something that we can all do, from our lounge chairs in the safety of our homes at distances away. If you genuinely want to be able to help, then please read on and I will try and keep the information as succinct as I can, so you don’t have to read for too long.
Perhaps a point form summary might be a good start:
1. We are all one – we know this, at least in theory. What we feel is not just our own stuff, but that of others and the planet as well.
2. When others are hurting and suffering, we, particularly those of us who are empathic or sensitive, feel something too – often increased physical pain, nervousness or tears & sadness with no apparent reason or reasons we can’t put our finger on. We think we are cracking up or hopeless or out of control.
3. To those who are sensitive and are feeling the energies around you – KNOW that It is NOT JUST YOU! and…
4. IF YOU CAN FEEL IT, YOU CAN HEAL IT!
5. By bringing the light of your consciousness into those feelings and calling in the Light of the Divine to your own emotions and body, (even just by asking in one quick thought and mental or verbal request in one quick moment) you can bring in that Light and Healing not just to yourself but to those whom you are feeling.
6. You are like a tuning fork that can resonate and attune that which vibrates with you – whether in your presence or from a distance. By raising your vibration you entrain all such similar vibrations to also lift. It is science.
7. When you watch TV coverage and feel for others’ plight, you can send light into YOUR feeling of it and thereby bring that healing to the external situation as well.
8. Those who have learned healing techniques such as Reiki or distance healing have always known they can send from a distance, but in this instance (as well as using such forms of healing) I am talking specifically about those who FEEL the disturbances within them – they TOO can bring help by resonating their healing WITHIN the body to those out there in the world whose suffering they feel. Keep resonating until you feel the cells in your body smiling, joyful & uplifted and know that this is being sent “out there” too.
9. The modalities of TFT and EFT (and other self-help modalities) can be used to not only clear and lift the vibration within one’s own body, but by dedicating the act to “ALL” that are also feeling similarly, the healing will vibrate and resonate to those who need it elsewhere too.
I URGE ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE SENSITIVE AND ARE DEEPLY FEELING THE PAIN AND SUFFERING OF OTHERS AND THE EARTH AT THIS TIME AND IN THE TIMES TO COME TO BEAR ALL OF THIS IN MIND, AND CONSCIOUSLY CALL IN DIVINE LIGHT AND HEALING FOR NOT ONLY YOURSELF BUT FOR ALL OTHERS.
I believe that this is one of the things we are meant to learn and discover in these increasingly distressing times and is one of the keys to us reshaping our planet and our future to something more resonant with our highest and truest desires.
