Back in May of 2017, Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of State and USAID after both failed to respond to a former FOIA filing of “March 31, 2017, FOIA requests ” regarding documents pertaining to funding George Soros activities and his ‘philanthropic’ financing to topple governments known as “Open Society Foundations.”

Was there some collusion on the part of the Obama administration and the U.S. State Department?

According to JW and the above press release,
The new documents show USAID funds were funneled through that agency’s Civil Society Project to back Soros’s left-wing Open Society Foundations in Albania, particularly the Soros operation efforts to give the socialist government greater control of the judiciary. USAID reportedly gave $9 million in 2016 to the “Justice for All” campaign, which is overseen by Soros’s “East West Management Institute.
Questions:
What right does any federal agency of the U.S. government have in subsidizing George Soros Open Society Foundations if it’s not supporting a Deep State or Shadow Government plot(s) toward the rapidly-expanding globalization and a one-world-society, which will mean the U.S. automatically becoming subservient to the UN’s and New World Order’s protocols of freedom?
Just consider how much of our lives are surveilled today with all the ‘smart’ gadgets that report back to Big Brother about what we are doing!
Where is Congress on that issue, and why is it that Judicial Watch has to do all the “heavy lifting”?

Did you know the U.S. State Department has “Guidelines for the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program”?
If the ‘democracy’ the U.S. State Department believes in and supports is that of George Soros , is that what you want for yourself, your family and your country?
I think if taxpayers oppose such generous ‘largess’ of supporting the demise of individual rights and true democratic values Soros apparently promotes and supports, then they ought to contact their members of Congress to have those grants deleted from federal-agency-funded “charities”!
As an aside, President Vladimir Putin has suggested Soros’s spending in countries around the globe reminds him of the kind of political interference that U.S. intelligence officials blame on Russia. Wow!
Putin told Austrian television, “He intervenes in things all over the world.”
“But the State Department will tell you that it has nothing to do with that, that this is the personal business of Mr. Soros.”
In another set of documents JW received, they “obtained 32 pages of records showing that the Obama administration sent U.S. taxpayers’ funds to a Soros-backed group that used the money to fund left-wing political activities in Albania. That included working with the country’s socialist government to push for highly controversial judicial “reform.”
In addition to Albania, Judicial Watch also has filed FOIA lawsuits against the State Department and USAID for records about funding and political activities of George Soros’ Open Society Foundations in, Macedonia, Romania and Colombia.
The records also detail how the Soros operation helped the State Department review grant applications from other groups for taxpayer funding. USAID funds were funneled to Soros’ left-wing Open Society Foundations in Albania, particularly the Soros operation efforts to give the socialist government greater control of the judiciary. USAID reportedly gave $9 million in 2016 to the “Justice for All” campaign, which is overseen by Soros’ “East West Management Institute.”
The Obama administration turned over key State Department activities to George Soros, especially in Albania. The Deep State continues to be aligned with Soros and uses the State Department in countries such as Albania to push his radical agenda. And, of course, tax dollars for Soros abroad frees up resources for his activities here in the United States.

A Hungarian magazine published Thursday more than 200 names of people it claims are likely part a group that Prime Minister Viktor Orban calls “mercenaries” paid by US-Hungarian billionaire philanthropist George Soros to topple the government.
Orban, who based his campaign on demonizing migrants, blames Soros and organizations supported by his Open Society Foundations for wanting to allow thousands of immigrants into Hungary.

According to Judicial Watch, the 49-page documents
…show U.S. grant money flowing through non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that profess to promote “civil society,” while in fact attacking traditional, pro-American groups, governments and policies.

the activities of Soros’ top operative in Albania, Andri Dobrushi, the director of Soros’ Open Society Foundation-Albania, who was actively engaged in channeling funding to what Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban calls Soros’ “mercenary army.”
“George Soros, pay us our money.”
Antifa protesters complain they are not getting paid for their “prescribed Soros radicalism tactics.”

Not one mainstream media outlet reported on this. Just how powerful is George Soros in the US?

The ultimate question to be asked
Shouldn’t former President Barack Hussein Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be made to testify under oath during an open televised hearing as to the roles each played in the above apparent act of treason – violation of the allegiance owed by somebody to his or her own country, e.g. by aiding an enemy?
